Richmond Primary School is a private, faith-based school serving students ages 3 through 6th grade. Founded in 2020 and opened as a school in 2021, Richmond Primary has grown from a small learning community created during the pandemic into a thriving school built around small classes, individualized learning, and a strong sense of community.

Located at 5716 Monument Avenue, Richmond Primary is committed to providing an engaging, student-centered education where teachers know their students well and have the opportunity to meet each child where they are. As we continue to grow thoughtfully, we are looking for educators who share our commitment to the whole child and want to be part of a close-knit, collaborative school community.

The following positions are open for the 2026–2027 school year:

Substitute Teacher 2026-2027 Academic Year

• Primary Hours: 8:00 AM-2:45 PM
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma; minimum age of 18; previous childcare experience
• Duties: Follow lesson plans created by the classroom teacher and alongside the designated classroom schedule. Ensures classroom management; prepare documentation for teacher; performs other duties as assigned by Richmond Primary School.
