2025-26 Tuition Rates

Our rates are extremely competitive for the Richmond area. We want our school to be both affordable and exceptional.

Application Fee

• All Applicants:  (non-refundable): $100

New Family Fee

• All NEW Families pay a one-time registration fee alongside their enrollment contract and deposit. This fee is per family, not per child and supports the administration onboarding of families joining our school:  (non-refundable): $500

Little Learners- 3 & 4 Year Olds

• Deposit (non-refundable): $500
• Half Day: 
• 9 AM - 12:30 PM
• Tuition: $5,500
• Full Day:
• 9 AM - 4:00 PM
• Tuition: $10,500

• Early Bird Care: $2,050 per semester

Junior Kindergarten

• Deposit Fee (non-refundable): $500
• Tuition Fee: $8,500

Kindergarten-5th Grade-

• Deposit Fee (non-refundable): $1,000
• Tuition Fee: $10,950
• After-Care: Contact us!

6th Grade

• Deposit Fee (non-refundable): $1,000
• Tuition Fee: $13,950

Fees

Fees are due each academic year along with the first tuition payment by August 1, 2025.

Materials & Activities Fee: supplies consumable curriculum materials, maintain recess and PE equipment, art supplies, STEAM Lab supplies, Academic Agendas for grades 2-5, rest mats for our Little Learners and other materials throughout the year.

• Little Learners (3s, 4s) & JK- $250
• K-6- $350a

The Parents League Fee supports our highly engaged Parents League Association. The Parents League is responsible for the many fun extracurricular parties, events and activities that support the academic and social experience at Richmond Primary.

• All Students- $100

The Technology Fee supports our many devices, subscriptions, programs and repairs used throughout the school year.

• Grades KG- 6th- $150

Payment Options and Discounts

Payment options:

• Pay in Full- Due by July 1, 2025- receive a 2% discount
• 10 Monthly Payments- ACH Auto Pay August-May

Sibling Discount- $500 off for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc child.
